Sure, why not. It isn't like you couldn't biomass and start a new one anyway, or say you bought the toon, (not likely to work as a bought toon is more likely a spy than one that isn't, but whatever), or just buy a toon and sell the old one, then never mention that you bought it..

Some flaws in the last two, but if you create a sale record for 2 that has a flawless, relatively well known and unrelated toon as the buyer, you could pull it off. 3 of course, can be verified just by checking the forums.

If you're not proud of the decisions you've made you should just biomass the toon.

I agree with OP, too many crappy corps in eve.

Can't wait untill when Eve online is Freemium. WiS only 10$, SP booster for one month 15$, DPS Boost 2$, EHP Boost 2$ Real money trading hub! Cosmeitic ship skins 15$ --> If you don't pay **for a product, you ARE the **product.

You can also just jump from corp to corp without going through the NPC corp first.

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

You know you don't need to actually leave a corp to apply to a new one right? that way you never get NPC corps on your history.

I don't think there should be a way to clear the history, sure it might look bad for you but it's also a nice way for people to spot corp jumpers. If I see a guys history and he has been in ten corps in the past month then I'm going to spend a lot longer making sure that my corp is right for him.

If you're having problems finding a new corp because of your history just ask them for an interview so you can explain why it looks that way. Also if you're worried about corps lying to you about their activity ask if you can fly with them for a while before joining, or check EVEWho I believe that site lists the current activity levels of corps (to some degree)
Check their killboards to see when their last kills were and how many pilots were involved, check the belts they mine to see what their set up is and if they can make that much ISK.

Finding a good corp takes effort as well, just like when looking for a job in RL do your research on the people you want to apply to.

Oh I'd hate to think there was someone with literally 250+ on their record, but I'm sure you're right.

There simply can not be a way to remove any playercorp from your history. Too many security problems, no real corp or alliance would ever like this idea. no real player should like this idea ether unless you're trying to hide a corp that you stole from.

However, I do think that the rookie corps should be less visible. Maybe even completely hidden. Thin them down to one line of text, or gray them out, or hide them completely. This would thin out your corp history list a bit better.

And next time, try to drop roles and then apply for the next corp. You'll be transferred to the new corp directly without ever being placed in the rookie corp. helps keep your record clean =p
