this how my client display tempest for few months now.
Curiously It display the same way in Battle Clinic, using Safari, not the ingame browser.

MacPro 2x2.66 Ghz Intel dual-core xeon
ATI Radeon HD 4870 512Mo
Mac osx 10.6.8

-> same on my home imac (2.93 GHz - nVidia GT120 -mac osx 10.6.8)

I have this same issue on PC and in Aura. I smell broken icon master.

CCP please move to bug forum!
