Mysterious broadcast from Combined Harvest employee on 'The Summit' FTL

At 1812 New Eden time, the Summit FTL got wind of the following transmission:

[18:12:11] Roella Avechomon > Th... ... ... dist- ...0144... Ril... assist...
[18:12:26] Roella Avechomon > /emote disconnects again after a few seconds of static

Roella Avechomon is a registered Combined Harvest employee, though CONCORD has them scored at -10.0.

I wonder what that's about? I figured the capsuleer investigators amongst you might want to chase it up.

0144 sounds like part of a wormhole designation.

Looks like the Serpentis are up to no good. Somewhere in the Federation is under attack. Best you connect to the Summit FTL to get more info.

Not any designation on any chart or map I've ever read or heard of. Could it be a district number around a planet somewhere in lowsec?

It was over in an hour. FDU forces drove them off. I think the sender of the original transmission was killed by ground forces.
