Was CCP and Hilmar sincere in the apology and promise for better communication?

I believe 100% of what Hillmar said. I got a decent 'read' on him, I think, when we met briefly in July. I think he is a straight up legitimate guy.

I honestly believe that CCP is going to really wow us (pun intended) with fixes, new content and transparency.

Look what they have said and done just in the last month or so. I am stoked.
