Characters mirroring to Buckingam

Can CCP Mirror characters skills form tranquility to Buckingam, that we need to test fittings and ships, that we can on main server but can't on test server. Also, it will ne nice, if CCP can add all Pirate and factions ships, that currently missing.
Characters, that need to be mirroring:
AlexNikita, basmaks, Burgul, DJuDJi, i Beast, Institute Ofwar, Ivanrus, KARAR2D2, King Instagate, Kintaro Tan, Korvin, Kutris, Laty, Light Kalfren, LLIAPHXOCT, Olegomsk, Parradin, Red Ingram, rr vertigo, Sheldin89, Sophie Telrunya, StainLess Blade, w Garmr, Wadimich
Also need faction cap booster charges and faction ammo.

At the moment we plan to mirror in the first week of November. If this is not enough time, please let me know and I will do my best to make it happen earlier.

I can say that the earliest we would likely be able to do this would be around the 25th, and that's a big maybe. Would that date be preferred?

If it's a best closest date, then yes, it will be preferred.

CCP Goliath, what about factions ships, ammo and capacitor booster charges ? Wether it will be add with mirroring, or not?

Sorry for the late reply, I don't visit this forum often. The new mirror is now up on Buckingham. Faction ships, ammo and cap charges will be seeded ideally before the end of the week.

Bump.
Still need faction pirate battleships such as Vindicator and Baalgorn. Also need factions pirate cruisers such as Vigilant. Also need faction capacitor booster charges. System, where it should be - 6-CZ49
