Many models have been v3ed before model change. Drake was v3ed before model change, And Tempest same with stabber. and mega... the bombers. the old rookie ships. I think the Raven was the only one that changed with caldari v3
There was also a new condor model but it was caned as it was made without new missile turrets in mind.

I don't think there has ever been extra doodads between Civ and fleet issues except the camo. Would be nice if they started doing that though.

Well those types of panels was a Thukker mix style anyway. Perhaps it was for standardization. Yet they did screw up the Hound as it didn't have the fanned boundless creation panels.

The new look of the Vargur makes me proud of my choice of mission ship.

Now I can PVE in style with the new dark steam punk look.

Now only if Marauders could use the new micro jump drive....

That Vargur is lookin sexay. And they did a hell of a job on the Mega/Kronos. With these new looks and the missile nerf incoming, I'm starting to think putting my old Tengu into mothballs isn't such a bad deal after all. Been a good run, Mr.Tengu.

theres no final version on duality

So no non-cammo paint for the navythron, or was the version on duality the basic idea but just not finished?

Scorpion kicked it off yes. but like sansha incursion reskin they had to go back over it with adjustments and new icons. but the grunt work had been done with the remodel.

Edit: Also my question clearly acknowledges the Dev's response by stating the duality version wasn't complete.
