no other noticeable skills except the obvious.

Given your skills, 10-11B would be a fair offer. You still need a bit of polish to be "perfect" or nearly so (drug skills, Cap Guns V, evasive maneuvering V, Cap Ships V, etc) but overall are looking good. The biggest disappointment is that you have no carrier skills at all, if you were Thanatos-capable (with appropriate support skills like RR) you'd be worth 12+, maybe as much as 14.
