Idunno, I watched Brazil when I was like fourteen every day for like a week or two there, cause I just thought it was good, didn't even comprehend how good it actually was at the time but yeah also yeah I agree the Mist was pretty awesome

The Mist is an unfinished movie. I can't believe they cheapened out and released it in that state. FFS a crowbar costs only $10.

How comes that nobody has mentioned those awesome Charlton Heston movies yet?

- The Omega Man
-Soylent Green
-Planet of the Apes

I also really loved the science fiction episodes of Outer Limits (Dark Matters, Quality of Mercy, etc.)

Additional + 1 for Farscape and Akira.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

Soylent Green, damn now that was messed up... but I'm keeping this to my favorite, not my favorites, much less stiff I like... that would just get way, waaay, waaaaaay too long.

Alone in the world after a bioweapon attack...the movie was remade as "I am Legend" with Will Smitth.

The Omega Man is alright but Planet of the Apes is a really good movie, sometimes I forget about it and just think of it as planet of the monkeys but then you re-watch it and it's like, wow, that's a damn good show

The Man from Earth. Laid back, thought provoking sci-fi at it's best.
