Welp. We've had our highest month of kills so far! Talk about a fun time of PvP and isk making with a cool bunch of dudes. Except for Dread Operative. He's kind of a punk. P

As the Gallente war machine began its final seige on the last two strongholds of the Caldari Militia (Old Man Star and Ladistier), we were greeted with a 40 man Amarr armor cruiser/logi gang.

We weren't sure if we even had enough personnel on a Sunday evening to fight them. Turns out we did.

We shipped up into a similar fleet comp and met them on the field of battle for a 30 minute rumble

After achieving total domination warzone control, the tide has quickly turned with the introduction of a huge nullsec alliance joining our foes. We now face fierce competition and seek new pilots to aid us.

Top killing corp in Gallente militia. And we don´t even do CTAs.
We are laid back, people have jobs, wives, kids, the works. And still we kill lots. Our corp is growing but we still need more pilots to come and join the fun!

JUSTK 2200 kills in February in defense of the Vlillirier-Eha corridor.

Today's noobs are tomorrow's cold-blooded killers. Join Gallente FW, move to the front line, and fight!

We broke our previous (best) record in kills fighting mostly in Aldra to Eha. We welcome newbies and help them get on their way to becoming killers. JUSTK is a fun group of mostly mature guys who are married, have jobs, kids etc and still find the time to make our corp the top killing corp for the gallente militia.

Join us!

How to make ISk in Faction Warfare

Faction Warfare offers lots of action, plenty of opportunities to get kills, but also plenty of loses. To keep flying and fighting, you need to be in a good group first (one that loses less than it kills, that kills more expensive than it loses, and that gives loot to whoever lost ships in combat) and you need to learn the relatively easy ways to make isk in FW.

Here´s how it works:

In fw, territorial control is achieved by running down timers on sites we call "plexes". They range from novice (only frigs, faction frigs can enter), small (frigs, dessies, assault frigs), med (frigs to cruisers including t2) and large (pretty much everything). Plexes can be defensive (if you run it in a system own by your militia) or offensive (running them in a system at war with your militia). If you run down the timer in a plex, you get Loyalty points, or LP.

Now, defensive plexing gives you less LP than offensive, but it also has an impact on how much money you make, as I´ll explain in a bit.

Ok so you go to a plex in a enemy system. You kill the one rat (all plexes have 1 rat, 2 max) and you run down the timer. Congrats, you now have loyalty points awarded to you. Say you run a novice plex or a small plex, something that will take you 10 minutes or so. You get 10k loyalty points for that.

Well, you can now go to a faction store (in any station for your faction. In our case, Federal Defense Union stations) and you can exchange those 10k lp (+ tristan hull + gamma chip) for a Federation Navy Comet. Not only is the comet one of the best and most versatile faction frigs, but you can sell it for 12 to 15 mil isk. Different size plexes will give you different ammounts of LP.

And that´s it. You can make 12 to 15mil per 10 minutes of your time. You can hoard lp and get a navy Vexor (40k lp + vexor hull + beta chip), or a navy Dominix (150k lp + domi hull + alpha chip). Remember, you also get LP for killing enemy ships, so the amount you get in fw goes up real fast.

The tier system

Remember I said defensive plexing plays a role in how much isk/hour you make? here´s the reason why: the prices on the faction store are ALWAYS the same (10k for frig, 40k for cruiser, 150 for BS , whatever it is for mods, implants, datacores etc) BUT THE AMMOUNT of loyalty points you receive is dependent on 3 things:

1. The number of systems your militia controls,
2. The upgrade level of those systems.
3. How contested (fought for) a system is.

Faction Warfare encourages collaboration. The more you conquer systems AND defend them (this is where defensive plexing enters) the more systems your militia holds. The more contested an enemy system is , the more LP you get.
The more upgraded those systems are (by donating a bit of your lp to the infrastructure hub in each friendly system) the more LP you get per plex, the more money you make per hour.

It´s a simple system, one that I´m surprised more people don´t understand. it´s designed to make people collaborate more, the more we help each other, the better of we are as individuals.

People who understand how this system works can make a lot of ISK flying in FW, certainly enough to keep them with ships and mods they need to carry on the fight.
