How many scrams does it take to hold down anire scarlett?

I put 2 points on her and she still fled to the next roomTwisted

Alpha dosen't work with missilesCry she flees the instant i click the launchers before my missiles have even left my ship, or any other module on for that matter.

Tough luck. But in both gathered and my personal experience it works with Railguns, Artilleries and Tachyons.

BTW, yesterday I've run this mission and I noted that in the second room Anire also run through the gate right after the first shot (not so long ago there was plenty of time to pop her with any weapon). I was clumsy or was there a silent fix?

I've done this mission a dosen times, she flees instantly ANY module is activated on her...

From what i've read on the forums and on eve-survival, you used to be able to scram her to keep her from fleeing.

So they've either made her imune to scrams or she's fleeing in the instant i click the scram module before the scram actually locks on.

Either way, there is no way for a missile boat to catch her before the last roomSad

If you are trying to blitz that mission, you can't insta-pop her. You can just run through the next gate after she warps though, so you don't have to kill everything in each pocket.

Honestly, this mission pays out a mint though. If you aren't killing everything here for the bounties, you have too much ISK to be running missions anyway.

Last 2 times I managed to kill her in her 2nd room. Just locked her 1st and my 800mm artilery got her in 3 cycles.

Just target her ASAP when you enter 3rd room (2nd where she appear) and damage damage damage. My dps from guns is somewhere around 780 and seems to be enought to kill her before she warps.

Forget numbers, play with ideas, look for solutions.

From what it sounds like, you're trying to scram and kill her in room 2? Can't, you have to kill her in the next room. I know you can at least kill her in room three without a scram in a tengu, albeit I have had to load EM furries and overheat to kill her in two volleys (third volley never made it in time for me). I know scrams use to work, though I always just alpha her to death. She still has a nice 5mil bounty if nothing else.

I think the only times I killed her in room 3 was with a Golem, with EM Faction torps, and fired up the paints a second before the torps hit. Otherwise arty would probably work well, or anything else that can get her in 2 hits, never bet on getting the third.

I can't say for sure but it's probably impossible to kill her by design when she appears for the first time, but I have no trouble killing her in the next room with missiles. As soon as you land on grid, lock her right away and shoot. Tengu with HMs have no trouble at all, but I overheat my cruise missile launchers when I'm flying CNRs due to longer locking time. Hope this helps, and don't forget to loot her wreck if you manage to kill her there :)

It's not impossible. Arties will do it, and so will tachs.

Also, forget her wreck in room 3. The implant drops in its own special can.

OK, thanks for the info and correction. I've never flown a turret ship :)
So if you kill her at the first encounter, the mission will be flagged as complete and she will drop the implant can as usual? Does anything special other than that happen?

None of that, actually. She pops, but the mission doesn't complete and there's no can. When you go to room 3 she's there as well and you can do the same thing over again. Bounty registers both times though (for a total of 10mil).

this. first room blitz to gate with gatekey. second room target her and shoot her (she disappears). third room target and kill her, loot implant and smile

This. Except that if you can alpha her in room two you collect double bounties on her for the same amount of work. Fit arties (or whatever) and laugh at how blitzable this thing is.
