As per this dev reply to crimewatch features. Officer tags are finally going to have a use. Prices have gone up a little since the post, but it still looks like there are only 1 or 2 active buyers in the market. Has no one else jumped on the bandwagon?

True, but it doesn't seem to be one of the major features of crimewatch and actually quite a minor change so it's not all that strange we haven't heard anything else yet. I guess we'll see what happens next week with the patch notes.

Sounds like a good speculator would right now buy these items& then come January super inflate the prices if the DEVs follow thru with the sec status lowering promise...December 4th is still a long way off

I've been collecting for quite a while too, but haven;t been playing much over the past couple of months so i let my orders run out. I have been keeping track, and while the prices have gone up, it still looks like there are only a few buyers in the market which is kinda surprising.
