Firstly, EVE is a computer game peoples senses of morality have literally nothing to do with their behavior in game. As an example I'd just like to point to the miner who compared bumping peoples ships to annoy them with real life sexual assault, just because someone doesn't explode imaginary spaceships for fun it does not mean they actually have a sane sense of morality.

Secondly, you're looking for mercenaries; people who inflict harm on other people for no cause save for a profit motive, who have morals? You might want to think about that one for a second. You should look for people who will be effective, rather than people who have a similar sense of irrelevant feelings about what is right and wrong to do in an fictional space.

Good points about morals.......let's ditch that part.
