local chat channel issue

it seems the member list in local chat is buggy for me at times. rigth now im not able to show info on anyone, it just comes up with the options "minimize" or "blink on". anyone else having this issue?

Life is just a 420 all the way home :) Please give me more of that chocolate brew!!
