Go back to doing L4s in hisec ...or whatever it is you do.

You absolutely sure the farms are gone .. wait until people start dying offensive plexing and begin looking for less dangerous ways of making wads of cash.
One large'ish corp (like your rust), can very easily employ alts to plex a system to near vulnerable getting Amarr LP and then use main/more alts to d-plex for Minmatar LP. An out of the way constellation where you have 'control' over coming and goings is ideal (look to metro), your biggest threat will probably come from NPC corp minnies who respond to map flare as system appears to tank badly.

All the changes are likely to accomplish is to spread the love, LP wise, so that no one faction has a x10+ amount in circulation compared to another .. it evens the economic landscape somewhat, big question is if it will have a positive effect on pew as it should in theory encourage fighting over plexes .. personally doubt it will stand out but feel free to dream.

Well...FW is probably gonna die down again like before the farmwars incentive was placed there to entice people to join.
