Destroyer and Battlecruiser skills changes

Does anyone know if the destroyer and Battlecruiser skills will each be split into 4 racial skills in this winter expansion, and if so, the exact date of the expansion?

I would like to ensure I have enough time to get these skills to lvl 5 on my same-account-alts before the split.

I think destroyers are going to be changed first, so you might want to focus on that (which shouldn't take too long) then go for Battlecruisers.

I was curious myself a while back, I don't think they have an exact date.

Destroyers probably yes...battlecruisers next summer or winter

The rumour is its December 19.5th

I for one are throughly looking forward to not having to train another cruiser race to lvl 5 and want it for no training time at all.
