Hello,

I have sent multiple emails about a problem with an order on the EVE Store. I have not had a single response on this. Is there any other way to get into contract as I would like this resolved soon. I would not like to have to call Pay-Pal and have to get them involved.

Probly better to file a petition, the store location is in Georgia, so I'm sure the workers aren't too worried about you

I just wish they had a number to call to get this cleared up. I am in the States so its frustrating. I will file a petition and see if that gets me anywhere.

Yea same here, when I placed my order and sent email, it kinda seemed to me like they took my email as the beep on the oven to...as a reminder to get it done lol but never responded.

Same issue here. Have not sent a mail though. Will do it tomorrow if it's not fixed by then.

What's the right category for the store? To me there is none.
Also I have ordered some from the store, for 2 weeks its "awaiting to ship", email i sent 5 days ago left unanswered and answer to the petition was "sorry we cant do anything".

You guys are not doing a neighborhood lemonade sales, you're serious company, act like one.

Sent a report on the paypal-issue 3 days ago and got a reply today that it had been fixed. Just remember to send in the details they request at the FAQ and you should be fine. Patience is a virtue.

I have done this and still have not received an answer. Files a petition and got the same answer as above sorry we can not help with this. I am to the point now where if there is not an answer coming soon I will take it up with pay-pal and have them deal with the store.

As CCP Falcon mentioned before, please write an email to store@eveonline.com if you have questions or experience issues in regards to the EVE Store.

I would also like to add that the reply times from the EVE Store may be currently a bit longer than usual. Be assured though that all your inquiries will be handled properly and answered.

My first email to them was on Aug 28 my second email to them was on Oct 15, I can understand a bit longer but 2 months is uncalled for. This is my problem how long should I have to wait for goods that have been purchased?

I have waited over 6 days for an answer from the store - after that time I send them another mail, reminding about myself. After that it took them "only" 1 day or so to answer.

The state store is in is terrible and I hope that whatever CCP is doing with it now will make it at least a bit better.

Like a ton of stuff, it can and probably should be outsourced out of CCP's hands, so they can deal with internet spaceships and not have their inbox's filled up with crap like 'dude, wheres my Navy Raven model?'.
