Anyone ordered anything from EVE STORE recently?

Aye I'm asking, because I feel quite uneasy due to way my order is being handled.
I have ordered few goods from their store 15days ago, order's status is still "Waiting to Ship", they did not reply to email I sent them about 6days ago, and I really start getting worried, especially that after opening a petition I was told that there's nothing CCP can do and I have to be patient.
I can be patient alright, but when there's any feedback from the store, but when you're ignored for 6 days, it really gets annoying.

Anyone else had similar experience (or any experience) with eve store? It was my first purchase and honestly it is probably last one.

People have always seemed to have similar problems with the EVE store. I don't have any personal experience with it though. Probably because I've heard so many bad things.

I would order from the Eve store if it didn't cost an arm and a leg for delivery. Hopefully the revamped store will be better.

I don't see how prices on delivery would change considering it's third-parties handling it. Prices on the items themselves might change however, for better or for worse.

Order clothes from a software company?

Hey yeah, I guess there's always the guy who orders fish at a steakhouse, or who oders steak at a fish place. But don't complain if it tastes like crap.

I've ordered apocalypse model and a book, delivery price is a killer but since the price cut, it became affordable.
What's worse is lack of any communication, wonder if I'll get reply if I'll send email starting with "ORDER CANCELATION" in the topic.

Yes, and this was last week.

I was hoping to get the Art of EVE book for half price. Until I seen the shipping costs...

I just ordered 2 Guristas Tshirts and a longsleeved Guristas T-shirt, shipping to the UK was $15, which is about what I'd expect from the US.

Dont let me down CCP it's going to be a cold winter without my Guristas rabbit Sad

I stopped using the Eve store when I was once charged over £1,000 for a copy of the EON magazine...

Needless to say that I don't trust it any more.

5 - How long does it take for my order to be shipped out? (Taken from EvE store FAQ's)

We process the orders every morning from Monday-Friday (excluding federal United States holidays and certain other holidays). Orders placed before 9:30 AM EST will be processed the same day and ship out within 48 business hours. Otherwise, your order will be processed the next business day. Orders must be processed before they can ship. Once orders have been processed, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE (e.g. cancellations, address changes, item changes).

I ordered 2 T-Shirts last week (17/10/2012) that are still waiting to be shipped :( was hoping after reading in there FAQ's there they send stuff out daily that they would have atleast been sent out by now.

so from the fact that CCP can't do anything about it that CCP have nothing to do with the store?

I am patient, but 2 weeks of waiting is outside of "48buisness hours" and even "next buisness day". Especially annoying when you're being ignored by the store.
Ya no changes_can_be_made_my_ass, I can always withdraw the payment, then they'll have to cancel it me thinks.

EON is actually not part of the main EVE store but a separate company in London who tries to write about the game even though none of them play it. You find all the content of the magazine in the forums and dev blogs which you have already read.

As for the customer service element, you are better off smashing your face against a frying pan tbh.

Good luck in getting your order.
