The training time + skillbooks alone justify atleast 18b, add the rarity of such a specifically trained character.. its a sellers market. This isn't nyx holders we're talking about here.


Skillbooks is no more then 7b and ~28m sp is about 14-15months of skilltrainining at ~550mil per plex thats ~8,25b mean a total of about 15.25b to make the toon. Dunno what justifies what but no one is gonna pay 21b+ for this only to invest another year or so in training it. Not when you get fully trained titan pilots for 25-28b these days.
