Buy / Sell High Sec POS

From what I can find:

"After a successful anchoring your corporation standings may drop below the requirement, and the control tower will function normally until unanchored again."

According to this I can set up a High Sec POS then sell the corp to someone else, and even though their standing will lower the standing of the corp the station will stay as it.

1. Is this a correct assumption?

2. And if so, is there a market in building and selling POS's?

3. Also I would assume from text the POS can not be added to?

It is called standings pushing and it tends to be the other way around. You join a corp that wants the Tower/Jump Clone and once they are finished, you leave to do it again for someone else.

You can even charge ISK for it.

Sorry I am a little naive about this process. Once the control tower is in place you can add to or remove modules, as long as you do not un-anchor the Control Tower, even if you do not have the required standing with the system?

That is correct. Once the tower is anchored, you can anchor or unanchor whatever you want as long as the tower stays put, no matter what your standings are at that point.

1) Yes.
2) Not really, there are easier ways to do it.
3) No, you can anchor/unanchor/online any modules as long as you don't unanchor the tower itself.
