I'm a null sec dweller and with the new bounty system coming in it peaked my interest in them and i was wondering do concord kill you if you attack someone with a bounty on there head?

As it stands at the moment a bounty does not grant kill-rights or anything similar, so if the person in question isn't a legitimate target to you then you will go GCC attacking them. Can be frustrating as hell in high sec due to the double GCC requirement of having to pop their ship to expose them and then their pod to claim the bounty. I'm not entirely clear if / how this will change with the winter overhaul.

You get 20% of the ship kill from the bounty. You get another 20% from the pod (if it has any value).
But as to the OP, bounties don't give killrights, just like they don't now.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Also only pilot with killrights can add bounty on person who killed him.

Killrights will be generated:

- Hisec: By useing offensive module on target ( guns, webs, scrams , but not remote repping )
- Lowsec: By PODKILL ( ship kill in lowsec wont generate killright )

This is current mechanics, as far as I understood the future mechanics you will be allowed to place bounty on everyone. Regardless if you have killrights or not.
