question bout leadership skills & bonuses

I got almost 6 mill sp in leadership, what now?
do i train wing command 5?
What advantages does wingcommand 5 and fleet command offer?

Without WC 5 your leadership skills are pretty much wasted (if you fly in fleets that need leadership skills anyway). FC is situational, I would only get it if you're planning to FC yourself (at least until CCP makes it so that people can fleetwarp if they are not the fleet booster).

Yes, if your skills are high enough to control as many squads as there are in your wing, and every squad has a valid squad commander, your bonuses propagate through your entire wing.

So if a squad leader has leadership 5 then my skills will work through him? If so awesome il continue to train it, only 23 days to go till wc 5..

Yes.

In a full fleet, every fleet member has the potential to receive three sets of bonuses together: from the squad commander, wing commander, and fleet commander.

Only the wing commanders don't get bonuses from any squad commander, and the fleet commander doesn't get any bonuses other than his own. (I.e. bonuses only propagate downwards.)

WC and FC have probably the simplest to understand descriptions of any skill in the game.
Go read them, that's what the skills do.
