There is always a lull in activity between expansions and always an explosion at expansion release. Nothing new. People will train no matter if they take a few month break. They cant leave... They... cant... leave.

On weekends I usually see high 30k's or mid 40k's. When I started eve was about 20k back in 2006. Until it sinks to those levels I shall not worry that it's dying.

Honestly I'm looking forwards to the expansion. It seems it will shake a few things up and might even make the market a bit more exciting with interesting possibilities.

Roll on frigate and cruiser rebalancing! Let's hope every ship finds it's niche and use.

Obviously Eve is dying, So this seems like a good time for me to start my new service. Are you afraid that your stuff wont survive your Biomassing and unsubbing? Then contract all your stuff to me! I will make sure that it is properly stored in my hangar, under temperature controlled and rodent free conditions! I am sure this patch on Dec 4th will cause an up tick in activity. Not as much as a full fledged expansion would but I am sure people will come online to kick the tires on the changes the patch made.
