This fixes the issue and allows people to have more action in pi. Grow a set and stop complaining things got harder good lord!!! OR GO BACK TO WoW! we dont want you.

If it were up to me you would have to transport legions of slaves with essential supplies and guards to produce even the simplest of materials.

Well, I'd need 10 in my wormhole personally.

Now, if they can be built at a pos, that takes the sting out considerably.

I would love to see an NPC faction roaming 0.0 blowing up planets and moons permanently, hell even a create a black hole when they feel like it destroying whole constellations...

I don't cease to be amazed by how hostile EVE's general population have become towards each other.

Anyway I hope the customs office price will not be prohibitive.

I don't suffer from insanity.. I enjoy it !

More effort required, less reason to care anymore in a video game where its more job then fun. Was just thinking of starting PI back up, no real reason to now and what little highsec profitability just got hit even harder (cause I am tired of being punched in the face every time I poked my head into lulsec within 3 jumps or 10 minutes no matter how hard I tried to avoid people playing FPS games using sci-fi ship skins - when it lands on grid, shoot it!!!). Well, looks like the alt account is going to be shut down while I hang out in Star Wars and already have a year's worth of PLEX on the main I just don't really feel like doing anything anymore (PVE is boring and PVP has no reward as well as to choose between loss of time spent skilling or having fun when SP accumulation is measured in years only to loose a couple weeks of a level 5 should I have an "opps, I forgot moment").

You know who's completely screwed? Those little guys that were dipping their feet into low sec to do PI and getting a feel for the lay of the land. They'll be unceremoniously booted back to high sec, the poor bastards. Also the little guys that thought about going into null but not joining the regional mega-alliance. They'll be locked out of PI as well.

I'm dreading my months of refining my PI getting hosed for awhile while these damnable structures are built, bought, whatever, moved into place and upgraded... I should be able to build up a large enough stockpile of pos fuels to survive that however.

But the little guys in empire... pity the poor bastages, they're getting screwed again.

Six months in the hole... it changes a man.

Going rate was estimated at 2600isk/LP, 6000 LP + 20mil for a BPC = 15.6+20 = 35.6mil for a BPC

Int response drones: 5 * 1.7 = 8.5
Nano-factory 10 * .8 = 8
organic mortar apps 10 * 2 = 20
sterile conduits 14 * 1.2 = 16.8
cap constr 1*4.5 = 4.5
broadcast node 8*1.5 = 12
recursive 8*1.5 = 12
self-harm 8*1.6 = 12.8
wetware 8*1.9 = 15.2

Total: 109.8mil build cost

Makes the total cost of a PI outpost at 145.4mil, plus whatever markup the market has to offer. Let's not forget that all PI goods are going to shoot up in price here shortly as well.

The price of the PI products will probably raise up, go back down and end up covering the high side of the average taxation on CO. People who have planets with lower tax will make more of a profit.

I'm interested to see if the prices of PI products at the major trade hubs have already gone up with people buying heaps in advance?
