Hi Eve community.

Could someone please help me with this error? I've just bought a new computer so it's a brand new harddrive with nothing in it and no prior version of Eve, or anything Eve related. I obeyed the instructions on Eve's downloading webpage, but still am getting this error msg even after using the offline loading when the online loader failed.

I don't have a degree in computer science or anything close to that, so if someone could kindly just tell me step by baby step on how I can get back into the game, I'd be very appreciative.

Believe me, I have tried all the official channels of CCP but to no avail. I usually never post on a general forum, but I've kinda run out of options and the eve community forum has relatively more helpful and responsive pple than the rest of the internet's forum. Thank you again to the helpful posters. I will post online if the suggestions work. fly safe...if you can get into the game to fly at all haha
