Hey all

If you need anything up to and including cruiser sized, packaged ships transported from high sec into low sec safely and quickly I can cover collateral up to 200mil ISK. Prices below:

PRICES

Pickup fee - 1mil ISK (this is charged each time for multiple pickups from different stations)
Cost per high sec jump - 0.3mil ISK
Cost per low sec jump - 0.6mil ISK
Addtional cost for cargo valued under 50mil - No Charge
Addtional cost for cargo valued between 50mil and 100mil - 1mil ISK
Addtional cost for cargo valued between 100mil and 150mil - 2mil ISK
Additional cost for cargo valued between 150mil and 200mil - 3mil ISK

Maximum cargo volume per contract - 10,200m^3

Low cost example
Iskur plus fittings picked up from a single station and moved 4 jumps through high sec and 1 through low sec:
COST - 2.8mil ISK

High cost example
Vagabond plus fittings picked up from 2 stations and moved 15 jumps through high sec and 3 through low sec:
COST - 11.3mil ISK

DISCLAIMER - I reserve the right to alter these rates if required for any reason but once a contract has been accepted I will honour the rate agreed at the time.

I used to be an outlaw and so know the hassle of trying to getting tech 2 cruisers and fittings into low sec safely. Being blown up while inside a badger is no way for a beautiful HAC to get destroyed! Don't risk your ISK, let me deal with it.

Coverage - Empire wide.

Eve mail me for quotes and availabilty.

There is other groups doing this in allmost every region for a lot cheaper good luck.

Perhaps, but I'll bet they aren't as charming as I am Smile

Also, I must have missed all these low sec haulers when I was a pirate because I had no end of trouble getting gear from the trade hubs.

Alright, next question. Will you deliver to a POS if you have the appropriate access and standings? If so, is there a surcharge?

I assume W-Space is off the table by default.

I'm not an outlaw myself, I just like to help out fellow entrepreneurs when I can.

I think I'll stick to low sec for now. Null space means dictor bubbles and that makes me nervous.

Sorry, brain didn't engage.

Initially I think I'll avoid delivering to any POS. It's a secondary level of complexity I'll need to think hard about and I want to estabilish a solid customer base delivering to normal stations before even consiering it. However, depending on how things go I may branch out assuming I can put the necessary safety measures in place.

For low sec? Not really.

I have a lover, her name is EVE. I see her every night and all she asks in return is that I have a pilot's license.

This is exactly why I posted here in C&P. I can't compete with the big boys for high sec runs but, based on the responses I have gotten here and privately, there appears to be a niche demand for agile, low sec cargo running.

I don't know if you are doing this for isk or for fun, because surely it can't be fun jumping hundreds of jumps everyday, and also you can make 10x more isk doing ratting/missions etc...

But I do like your optimism and hope the best for you in your hauling adventure!

I guess I'm just slightly mad but I like your faith in me! Hundreds of jumps a day... lol

Seriousy though, I see it as a side venture. A couple of runs every few nights and I may net an extra 30-40mil per week. It's not enormous amounts but it makes a change from ratting.

If I actually get successful enough that I do have to do hundreds of jumps a day I would look into establishing a corp to take up some of the load.

As a lifelong pirate I can appreciate someone trying to alleviate the massive pain of moving ships into low sec. Without an alt it can be a downright crippling problem for fledgling PVPers.

Hand it to the guy trying to be Han Solo in a game full of Vaders, Jabbas, Palpatines, and Princess Leias.

Thanks for all the encouraging replies.

I've had quite a few expressions of interest although am still awaiting my first solid contract. Of course, these things can take time initially to gain momentum.

I was thinking of also doing a tour of low sec areas to discretely talk with potential customers directly.

Does anyone have any other ideas for spreading the word? The fledgling PvPers referred to above are obvious potentials but unless they read this forum they are unlikely to know about it.

How about joining the in game c&p channel? Would that be advisable or would I be seen as an annoyance?

That's a rather flattering comparison...I like it Cool Of course, Han Solo isn't quite as handsome as I am...

But no Luke?! Does anyone anywhere actually want to be Luke Skywalker?

Also, Solo (Ford) was about the only actor to make any decent money out of those films, showing his business accumen even then.

Sadly, a lot of the pirate gangs I knew of have bugged out and either joined TEST or ran off into WH space.

The solo pirates I know are not the chatty types Ugh

I guess I'll have to be really charming then.

Smaller pirate corps are my target consumer but it may take some exploring and networking to build up contacts.

I'm in no rush though. I am financing this myself and so have the luxury of time. Plus it will give me an excuse to tour around the map meeting new people. The tricky part will be avoiding getting killed by the very people I'm trying to meet.

When I was first starting out as an explorer I noticed most pirates were actually quite pleasant. That's why I frequent C&P more than the other threads on the forums :D I'm sure you'll find great contacts.

I would happily offer OP my business, but I have an alt that does hauling for me among other things. He's trained for a freighter, but I don't need battleships brought to low sec often enough to justify dropping over a bil on a freighter What?

I imagine there's a substantial number of pirates in a similar spot, so it might be worth it in the long run for you to train up each racial BS skill up to 3. That way you can actually fly people's battleships (as opposed to hauling them in cargo) to low sec for them. The price on skillbooks is a way nicer figure than getting a freighter.
