You know what? I fully believe that this stewie Zanjoahir actually believes every word that he says. But if it this actually proved to be true, CCP is going to lose a whole lot more than some russian and his 20 accounts.

am I the only one who suspects this is evidence of "API Verified" being not necessarily reliable?

I mean am I misreading it or does that kill-mail seem to be saying that the "victim" dropped THREE Hulk BPO's?

maybe I'm just too skeptical, but "API Verified" or not, I just can't imagine anyone being dumb enough for that KM to be real.

You can't really argue with 'API verified' however, eve-kill is not reliable at recognizing BPO's. Or even staying online lately. For those bitching about the story- it's one of the largest loss-mails in recent times and the dude was interviewed for the story.

The tale of ~reimbursement~ was HIS claim, not something the story was putting forth as factual.

I'll answer this first. It has been noted elsewhere that there are known errors when it comes to the distinction between BPO's and BPC's when they turn up on these killboard sites. For instance you can also find this same killmail listed on Battleclinic which shows a much lower value of around 33 billion ISK.

Now to other matters, I would ask that people discuss this matter sensibly, leave out any off topic comments like the two I have already removed, and remember to ensure that your tinfoil hats are firmly placed in the kitchen drawer or the bin, whichever is easier.
