Does anyone know if there will be sex change option in the future? I also think they should due to it means more money for them and if nothing els more videos of CCP screwing around for us to giggle at. ( And of course the sex change. )

I think it is a stupid thing to allow, but if you have to pay $20 for it I can't really complain

Should be done with the racial blending they previewed at fanfest, keeps some of the masculine or feminine features for a real sex change look.

They have talked about it, "You can change your gender with surgery in this day and age, so it should be much better in the future" or something like that.

Meh, I'm happy with the plex for resculpt option...

But why not. Add futanari into Eve while you're at it. Let's make this game even creepier.
