looking to buy a PI toon. needs command center V, interplanetary consolidation IV (ideally V). i don't want it to have a ton of spare skills since it's just an alt. want to keep it a reasonable price overall. not looking to spend much, but i'll pay for a good alt.

i'll pay more if it can fly a hulk or a hauler already.

I have PI toon that has all the skills to IV, with Vs on the way, how much would you pay?

Only other skills it has are a few low level Minmatar (frig, cruiser, indy).

if IP is training to V, i'd consider it. what would you want for it?

I can't get the API since the account is inactive sadly, but all PI skills are just IV.

brandez, your character is a week of PI training and the rest in skills i have no interest in. sorry.

roman holiday, while your hauling and retriever skills are nice, it's PI that i'm primarily going for, and your character doesn't have any Vs in that list. sorry =)
