So basically it's not the "fund" fee, it's "broker's" fee.

No, the brokers fees (if any) are called "load" and are listed as such.

*goes to read about mutual fund fees again*

So.. sale fee is what I'm paying to the fund when I'm selling shares. What is redemption fee in this case?

Wikipedia says that it's redemption fee I'm paying when I'm selling shares. Google (investopedia) says that redemption fee is some sort of additional fee if I'm selling shares before certain period expires. In that case I don't see the period in prospectus.

All this stuff is pretty new to me and seems really interesting but somewhat .. unclear. "VEMEX Exchange small description and fees" document contains a nice explanation of what different fees are. Can I have something similar but covering the funds we're discussing here?

It's detailed in the Funds prospectuses and the Google Doc.

Here Redemption = give the shares back to me.

If you give them back to me as Easy Fund, the total cost is small (2% I think).
If you give them back to me as Closed end Fund, the total cost is large (10%) because you are meant to trade in the secondary market not to play like it's the Easy Fund.

I am sorry, I cannot take any more reservation, I posted above that my delegates list is full.
You may want to find some other friend to reserve for you.

The reservations start soon but you have to post in the IPO thread (it's already up) not here!

So if I'm selling T2 fund shares back to you. I'm paying 12% (4% sale fee + 8% redemption fee), right?

No, 10% (8% + 2% exchange fee for closed fund securities).

The sale fee is superseeded by the redeem fee.
