As the title says

Not really interested in any wasted SP on combat skills as these will not be used.

Must be able to have high skills in Reverse Engineering T3 subs and also have the ability to build.

Budget is as high as I think the character is worth so leave your links etc here.

I am available at the end of my Plex (another 20 days or so)...

Total POS monkey and PI awesomeness, freighter pilot and transport pilot as well.

Can build everything in game except titan, legion, proteus...

Reverse engineering V in 23 hours, next in que is jury rigging 4-5 and subystem technologies to level 4... willing to train amarrian starship or gallentean starship to level V instead of subsystems if buyer wishes one of those instead.

Im not in the habit of making offers to be honest.

If you wish to sell then you can name your price, the value of each character differs depending on who owns it.

Then forget about it, I don't really want to sell it, by as there's so much people wanting a tech3 builder, I may had done it for a high offer.
