Hello,

Been trying to get a hold on some nocx down in molden heath and its definately not easy. I was fine with isogen being somewhat of a pain because at least i could mine it. But nocxium thats a different story. I was aiming for finding some gravimetric sites through exploration, that hopefully would have some nocx roids, but due to my time of play these kinds of sites have already been raided.

So i was thinking how come some roids are only staticly found in minmatar space, and others only in caldari/amarr etc. And while we are at it, how come some roids are only found in 0.0 and low-sec?

To promote trading, exploring, travel, and sometimes to add risk.

A professional astro-bastard was not available so they sent me.

If it's scarce, buy some, bring it down there, and sell it at a profit.

How that was not your first thought when confronted with this situation is a mystery to me.

Originally it was probably done to make some space more valuable than others, especially considering the whole risk/reward paradigm. You have to travel to low-sec and null-sec for the rarer ores, exposing yourself to risk in order to gain greater rewards.

Are you trolling?

If sell orders are the same as they are in highsec, just buy from the market. You have no supply issues. What kind of rocks are you smoking?

Well the isk/m3 when it comes to mining the various roids is pretty equal, except for arkonor which still stands out. So one could argue that risk/reward does not exist anymore when it comes to mining, but thats a whole different story. I guess my complaint is that nocxium is 'hard' to get in minnie space. And i look with envious eyes toward Amarr/Caldari who seemingly can mine it at will

Calling people zombies is like meh. Posting with alts is like meh^2

Anyway, variation and dynamics™ is nice. Thats why having the option of mining nocx is appealing

Concord space has it too, like Tar, and Pahkshi which are 0.8 systems that are 1-2 jumps from a major gallente hub (Oursulaert).

The problem with defending the purity of the English language is that English is about as pure as a cribhouse [lady of commercial virtue]. We don't just borrow words; on occasion, English has pursued other languages down alleyways to beat them unconscious and rifle their pockets for new vocabulary.- James Nicoll

Fairly certain that the tradeoff is you can't get isogen in Caldari/Amarr space

It was a balanced system when EVE was young. 9 years of murdering the loot tables and the reproc to mining conditions of regions has left it not so balanced.

You can get isogen in Amarr Space, mine Kernite.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
