gateguns missing on duality

there are no gateguns in lowsec. And i don't mean the models.. i mean no gateguns. I shot a gate and waited... no damage received. Probably just the unfinished state of the build... so no reason to panic

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

seems several things are wrong with duality. Took me 30 seconds or more to undock, almost 200 seconds waiting to jump a gate. Wonder what else I'll find on the server.

UPDATE - server seems sluggish, 170 seconds to session change at a gate , sigh
