EFT data files for Retribution

These replacement data files will add the Retribution 1.0 changes -- at least, all the ones announced so far -- to EFT 2.16.

What they have (and links to relevant dev threads):

Downloads:

There's two packages of the data files:
* Append mode -- All changed modules/ships are copied with "NEW " prefixed. This is easiest if you want to keep using that EFT install for current ships.
* Replace mode -- All changed modules/ships are directly changed. This is easiest if you want to copy EFT to a separate folder and use it just for Retribution planning.

I've tested all the ships and modules, and don't see any issues thus far; if you see any inaccuracies or bugs, let me know.
To install it, just copy them over the original DAT files in EFT's data\ folder. (Don't forget to make a backup.)

Edit: Updated with new files on 11/23. Added tweaks to Afterburner skill (devpost), Sensor Comp skill nerfs (devpost), Tier2 Destroyer fitting buffs (devpost).

Inaccuracy/Bug: Augoror and Osprey do not receive the Energy Transfer Range Bonus in your Files. If i find more, i'll let you know (so f*cking awesome to eft those bitches! Very nice work...)

That's because they don't get an energy transfer range bonus -- they get an amount bonus instead. :) (See thread here.) So, they have to stay super close to each other, but they can run off a single transfer.

Found the typo for the B-type RR -- sorry about that. I'll post new files tomorrow.

Osprey:
Cruiser skill bonuses:
15% bonus to Shield Transporter boost amount
5% reduction in Shield Transporter cap use
Role Bonus:
1000% bonus to the range of Shield Transporters and Energy Transfers
200% bonus to Energy Transfer Array transfer amount

Augoror:
Cruiser skill bonuses:
15% bonus to Remote Armor Repair amount
5% reduction in Remote Armor Repair cap use
Role Bonus:
1000% bonus to the range of Remote Armor Repairers and Energy Transfers
200% bonus to Energy Transfer Array transfer amount

Not a logi pilot so I was having trouble wrapping my head around the new Support Cruisers and Frigates which I will surely use.

Edit: Maller's off. You didn't halve the 10% Cap Bonus when changing it to Dmg.

I've fixed the logi cruisers and the Maller, will have some new files for them shortly, and will get an EveFiles mirror up as well.

It is faster then the old one, has more Dmg and can project a good amount of it to drone range which is nice for small gangs. Also 5 ECM Drone fits will be brutal in gangs.

I would like it if they moved a high slot to a low so I could change to a meta 4 plate and NAP II and add a DDA. Maybe add 2-4 Grid and 20-25 CPU. Wishful thinking.

Overall I like this Tristan better then the old one which I was a frequent user of, especially the Drone Range.

I guess you could kite with it as well if that is your thing.

Arbitrator can't fit a 800mm with 2x Med Neuts or a 1600mm with 4x Small ones with a Reactor Control Unit II. This makes me soo sad.

Just checking in: The amarr destroyer role bonus is wrong. It says 25% to drone MWD speed but its actually 25% to cap recharge.

You missed the Changes to Javelin and Rage Assault Missiles.

GMP and Rigors bonuses apply correctly but their damage and range values are incorrect.

Rage damage increase shows but range is still not the same as T1

Javelin damage EDIT: Is still **** nvm.

Just in case you haven't seen by the time you're reading this, Combat Cruisers were updated again. Maller and Moa got some big tweaks, and the Rupture took a huge hit to speed. Well, I'm sure you'll get to it when you get to it. Thanks for the hard work.
