Ship spining patch not optimized?

After the ship spinning patch, the GPU consumption is exorbitant only 1 client the temparature set to 81ºC, this is to optimize or dev's only put it there see if that works and they looks it works so he stays. because consumption is now higher even than the Crysis2 or Battlefield 3 beta.

what whe have to do if whe have 2 or more accounds.......... cancel that accounds?

If you set your INTERVAL value to "1" before you whine, your issue would be fixed immediately.
people really needs to be spoon fed everything....

btw: Interval value can be found when you press the esc button look at the video tab left side box below the resolution value.

Fan duty cycle 40 percent when the card is at 80 degrees????? Change the fan speed mapping maybe?

I plan on living forever.......so far, so good.

Please petition this as well as comment in "Issues" so a dev hopefully fixes this thing.

LOL gtx 275, hot ass card, running @ 40% fan speed = high usage?

I see nothing showing usage rofl... All I see is your temp and fail fan speed... SS uses way less than CQ did (still stupid amount but)

WTB moar fan speed bro? Or less stupid little thingsy and more **** like msi afterburner that is worth a damn.

My GT430 is 69 in CQ, ~65 in spinner and fan really isn't working too hard. Cpu and memory usage are low. Computer is quiet. Minimizing client puts it to almost hibernation.

Nothing to complain. Spinner optimization is well done.

I believe that they could give you static background, but with same performance. As far I am aware, menus are part of carbon 3d engine nowdays and you can not disable the engine without disabling all functionality.

When i play Crysis, BF3 or other games fan speed start up automatic, with eve ......not

i know it is very weard but it happens

Btw Ummmm I checked your image and it says "ambient temperature 60C"... Your case needs seriously more venting.

edit: ...and maximum GPU temperature for your card is 105 C

I run 2 clients on a 30" monitor with a 4870x2 (clock mack 750). With the new CQ that thing would power to the max and cause the fan to spin to 85%, back in hanger mode clock stays around the 640 range and fan maxes out at 45%. Much friendlier.

May or may not be related but the recent drivers from Nvidia have destroyed the automatic fan control.

If you think fan speed might be the issue, use EVGA Precision to control it (works even with non EVGA cards).

Anyway, my card runs at 50C max (ok CQ gets it up to 55 sometimes).

Listen up, you blonde rasta-woman. Read what the others have posted about fan speeds etc; or even better yet, consult our good friend Google before TROLLING the forums about a feature that we've been screaming for and for once in a long time, CCP has finally listened.
I'm sorry for you that you cannot use google. This doesn't mean you are righteous enough to start bashing a kind
appreciated gesture.
Also, kudo's on the Graphics card that WAS the **** , 3 years ago. Adjust your fans, accept that 80degrees is actually a kinda normal temperature to operate on (as long as it's constant anyway). I believe NVIDIA's melt-protection sits somewhere around the 115 degrees celcius mark.
Be glad you don't own an ATI crap-eon.
