Also, Procurers are 5m isk? Retrievers are 25m and they mine ice just as well or nearly just as well as far as I'm aware.

You should take a look at the Solitude market, still a ton there underpriced for anyone late on jumping aboard the isk train. (as long as you've got the logistics to move them of course).
