Of course LoL has much more players, being that its free and you don't have to think to play games like that.

I see, LoL requires no thought, nor does EVE. In fact from the sounds of it it seems like you only feel SC2 is a game worth of being an 'e-sport'.

I think I speak for the entire eve community when I say:

Get the **** out of our forums and go back to blizzard, we don't want you here.

thats right, I don't even have to think when I play MOBAS, they are so easy that I chat with friends and talk on the phone while playing and winnning in them, sure it takes more skill than EVE pvp, but its still got an extremely low skill ceiling if you want to compare it to starcraft2 or any other RTS game for that matter. Also, The fact that its not 1v1, people don't realise they aren't good, dont get discouraged from losing and will continue to play. I'm sure there are a lot of ex-starcraft players who got ladder anxiety and dont play because losing 1v1, you've got nobody to blame but yourself and you realize how you measure up, something I'm sure many of you would like to forget and make exucuses for. Takes much longer to realize you suck in a MOBA where you don't even have to think or get better. Also, LoL isn't doing that much better than SC2, which says a lot considering one is free and made for dumb people.

Try harder, maddy. you got owned by simple logic twice now.

SC2 is fun to me in 2vs2 game also and so on.

I like watching the eve tourney, but I think this tournament might be a bit of a waste for those participating and footing the bill to do so. But I enjoy watching it nonetheless, but not interested in doing this one, I will wait for ATXI.

SC2 is also great, eve better, but OP, please tell me an MMO that is more fun to watch? I can't think of a single one.

Now., bow down before a superior game, heathens!

btw, their free expansion comes out next month, its supposed to be like a whole new game. Truly a player skill-based mmorpg, no doubht the vast majority of EVE players couldn't hang.

Or it could just be one of the worst (thats worst as in 'not good at') trolls on the forums digging for a few responses.

And that sums up this thread perfectly.

So… are you going to answer that simple question or can't you come up with any kind of answer?

Having read through the entirety of this thread and having moderated it once myself, I am inclined to believe that it is just here for the purpose of trolling other forum users. A good, honest discussion is a wonderful thing, but everyone involved needs to take equal responsibility for keeping it on track and within the forum rules.

While disagreements are to be expected when two or more opposing points of view meet, especially with "hot" topics, purposely avoiding any opinions but your own does not constitute a discussion, it becomes an argument or a troll, designed only to antagonise and provoke. Because this thread seems to fall under this particular heading I am going to lock it before it gets out of hand.

Please remember that these forums are for everyone to use. No-one expects for us all to get along, it wouldn't be EVE if we did, but lets try and keep the discussion sensible and within the rules in future. Thread is now locked - ISD Type40.
