also for those who don't know, riverini has a seething hatred of goons and is in darius III's alliance so it's somewhat unlikely he's framing darius

also he's just not smart enough

It's OK guys, we've got this handled. We made a new channel called "CSM-Secure" where we talk about how Brick Squad are a relevant alliance, how they are our collective rivals, how they are so much better at the game than us, and how mad we are that D3 trolls so well all the time.

Another abuse of goons in this game and csm position seems to me... time to do something CCP! Your being taken for an idiot.

Goons are bad for this game, everything they stand for is bad for the game, they got into CSM to add more control over eve, and abuse thier position. YET CCP YOUR TOO BLIND TO SEE IT!!.

On the D3 note, cmon guys seriously would you post this on the forums if you was guilty? You might as well just let it go if you did something.

By the way are you still as CSM member D3? Cos you still have the Tag

The Skype channel is NDA protected. I get that. But making a fuss over a leaked BS convo about stuff that is not game sensitive is a joke.

That being said I will not be one of the voices yelling if CCP decides to nit pick on this and boot Darius III from the CSM.

The background to this whole sordid story is that previously there had been a number of leaks from that CSM Skype channel on various topics, and Darius III was suspected. Vile Rat and Mittani baited him into this as a way of getting Darius to expose himself and it worked pretty well!

Also, no, Goonswarm members are not being paid to post in this thread. If I wanted to I could get them to threadnought it, but that really isn't necessary since the evidence speaks for itself! :)

I'm not worried about if goons were paid to post in this thread. It's natural that you'd defend your own.

I'm just curious of how important it was and if it is indeed something that CCP is concerned about. Since I haven't really seen anything from CCP talking about it. I might have missed it tho.

I just like fact's and it's late here and I'm going to sleep. Maybe when I wake, things will be explained properly. Roll

we don't want white noise posts: we want to hammer home the point that Darius III has seen the screenshot of riverini admitting he was the leaker (he quoted a post after it) and has had no response. His silence is deafening.

Darius III is unable to defend himself, has realized his error since in the process of trying to lie about what happened he's admitted it was an NDA breach, and I suspect we won't see him ever address the riverini quote

They won't comment on it either way, although it seems likely that they don't give a damn. This issue had kind of quieted down until Darius made this post, wherein he repeatedly lied and made stuff up to try to defend himself. Kind of funny how those things work out.

1. Ganking in high sec is allowed.
2. Manipulating the market is allowed.
3. Scamming is allowed.
4. This is not "abusing a position" as the game mechanics AND rules set forth by CCP allow it.
5. There is nothing in the rulebook to say that a CSM representative cannot play the game as CCP intended.
6. If you had an ounce of gumption, you could do the same thing.


If you really want a public inquiry about something, then inquire why Darius III is leaking protected information to Riverni. THIS is against the rules. The skype channel is protected. The questions you should be asking:

1. Darius III leaked. It's admitted. Some people think its trivial. What else was leaked?
2. Did isk change hands between Darius III and Riverni?
3. Darius III has admitted that he knew the Skype channel was NDA'd. Why does he not save what's left of his dignity and resign his CSM position?

I don't see anywhere where anyone "admitted" anything.

I can assure you 100% that I had no problems bringing this up. I would think if I were guilty (I am not) I would just have let it be.I had the realization that coming out with everything I had could potentially make it look as if I had something to hide. Weighed against keeping my silence, I chose to come forward and assert the truth. I went to all relevant parties and asked them to turn over any and all information to CCP.

PS: Weaselior-would it be ok if I went to the store in a few minutes and the car wash after that? A bit later today I also will be gone for several hours. Hopefully that wont send you looking for a team of otorhinolaryngologists. (thats Ear Doctor btw)

I'm starting to get the feeling (completely unfounded of course) that this is a seemingly concerted effort by certain people to get a CSM stand-in/delegate(reputedley very anti the people accusing him) booted out of position.

This is for CCP to sort out not us, I would advise against resigning until CCP's position is clarified.

Just to counter my seemingly anti-goon approach if you have been caught with your fingers in the cookie jar Darius you should have a word with the rep from CCP and act accordingly. At least that way if it goes any further you can come away from it with a modicum of respect.

Not baseless. You've seen the screenshots. There are also full explanations posted on the web. This isn't a witch hunt.

The rest of the CSM should weigh in on this as Darius III basically accused all of them of setting him up.
