Here's a solution to create rISK?

It's a new currency. Conversion equation required.... 1 x ISK = 0.1 x rISK?

As you accumulate ISK you accumulate scaled rISK.

i) In HS, rISK accumulation rate is x 10
ii) LS x 5
iii) WH and 0.0 are x 2.

This multiplier occurs for each ISK you make. So 1 x ISK accumulated in HS is = 1 rISK. Got it?

If you do not use up your accumulated rISK a rISK INHIBITOR NPC will attack you and continue to attack you until you have used up all the rISK accumulated?

Now, you can use up your rISK by:-
1) Parking an untanked vessel near some roid belt to get blown up
2) Posting in GD on your main
3) Leaving your POS password available in a public forum
4) Daring an ISD to ban you
5) Offering yourself as a sacrifice to THE rISK INHIBITOR and take one for the team.
6) Jumping a blop BS to the recon before the team jumps
7) Making a sandwich while your cap drifts out of POS
8) Repeatedly posting your blog link and call it content
9) Paragraph everybody to infinity in a circle-jerk argument
10) Fly a freighter on AP

and so on.....

As you can plainly see, highseccers will be subject to much greater rISK accumulation because they are, well, there. (c'mon, gotta be fair now).

Here's the BRILLIANT part, you can actually mitigate rISK accumulation by moving to LS, WH or 0.0. (This solves the "get them outta highsec" part).

And of course, once your rISK has been used up, you may resume playing Eve normally until it accumulates some more.

Possible Questions
- CAN we convert rISK to AUR to use it up. Will we need to sign an "I love WiS" statement first?
- CAN we convert rISK to ISK? Short answer, no. if 1 x 0.1 = 0.1, 0.1 x 0.1 = 0.01 etc. We'd kill the hamsters.

I know you can get like 7 extra POSes a day in Delve, but that wont help you .. your best bet is sitting in Catch.. sure its only 2 POSes a day, but at least you can hold it....
