Since its anti-em rigs, and not core defense extenders It significantly lowers any value. the EM rigs are based on a percentage and do not get higher with size.

Erm. You know that CDFEs add a percent on top of base shield, right? Larges don't do anything that smalls don't. The value here is purely as a collector's item.
