this sell is useless no one will aquire such a thing ... no hs static exit or other makes it troublesome to refuel and get back in if hole collapse with several guys in a group its still just a hazzle ... just saying finding a wh thats empty and believe you can just sell it ... doesnt work that way if would be possible I have a list of 20-30 whs thats empty all over.
