need advice for further training

I'd actually improve some of the shield tanking skills.
By the look of things, you're in a ship that you armour tank, but I find that that initial buffer of a shield is pretty valuable regardless. It gives you a good 5 minutes without needing to turn any reps or hardeners on and you can destroy a lot in that time.

Kinda does depend on what and how you fly. If you use drones, then drone durability would be highest on my priority list.
Failing that, I normally use my current setup(s) to focus my training on. So aim for everything T2 and the skills will follow. Personally I started with t2 weapons but you could go anyway.

Look at Core Competency Standard certificate.

Continue to invest skill points in medium hulls (cruisers and battlecruisers) and their weapon systems.

Capacitor skills, gunnery support, drone support and t2 large sentry drones.
