A couple carrier questions I can't find answers to....

I might be using the wrong key words here but I have a couple of carrier questions I cant find answers to:

When a carrier assigns fighters to a fleet member, I read somewhere that the carrier pilot cannot see the fighter health if the carrier is off grid. Can the player who has the fighters assigned and who is controlling them see their health? Or no one can?

When a carrier is at POS, he cannot launch fighters. Can he go just outside the shields, launch and assign his fighters to people elsewhere in system and then go back into the POS shields? If he can do this, do his fighters return to him normally even inside the POS when recalled?

Finally if the carrier is inside the POS and someone lights a cyno to leave the system. Can the carrier jump to the cyno from within the shields or does he have to leave the shields to cyno out?

Thanks for any info!

Yes, the player who has them assigned will be able to see their health and can even send them back to the carrier when they are getting low on hp.

You can launch fighters outside of the pos shields, but if you go back in your fighters will be recalled to you automatically.

The general rule is you can jump from anywhere (Even in a PoS Shield) as long as you aren't tackled or in a bubble.

Slow response while I am at work.... Didn't copy guy above me Pirate

Yes, the person the fighters are assigned to can see the fighters hp levels.

Kind of, my last experience with assigning fighters is that you can do it while being just outside of the pos shield. You can return into the pos shield with them out, but they cannot be given any more orders except to return to the carrier. They will keep attacking the same exact target you were attacking before you went inside, such as assigning fighters to attack a structure, going into the pos and being safe with the carrier as the fighters attack for the next half hour or what not. (been a while since I used it, but I don't think it has changed.)

Yes, a carrier can jump to a cyno while sitting in a pos shield. A pos shield can be bubbled from outside though, and if in the bubbles range it will still prevent you from jumping.

No you cannot see the Fighters health, simply that they are "Idle" "Fighting" etc.

He can launch fighters, assign, then return to the POS shield, however as soon as the "Assignee" switches targets, the fighters will return to the host carrier.

Yes.
