This confuses me because you DID capitalize "Mittens" in the leak. "mittani" was lowercase because it was cut and pasted.

I'm sure there are logs of Darius III and Riverni floating around somewhere. What Darius III does not understand is that Riverni will sell him out for the right price.

Here is a screenshot of Riverini quoting his leak from the CSM Skype chat:

This image is a screenshot of a post on k.com (k*gutsumen for those unfamiliar) and the post number is 307848 for anyone who wants to check it. In this screenshot, Riverini quotes his leak. The leaker writes, "Mittens says he is trolling you somehow" and then proceeds to paste 3 lines of Skype chat where "mittani" is uncapitalized. But the leaker himself did in fact capitalize "Mittens", which you claim to always do. The part that says "mittani" is the name from the leaked chatlog, not the writing of the leaker himself. (Flak Magnet above me has also pointed this out.)

Furthermore, Riverini himself admitted that you were his leak. This is a screenshot of him admitting that you leaked CSM material to him:

This image is a screenshot from k.com, post number 307987. In it, Riverini admits that you leaked to him "Mittens [sic] desperate attempts", i.e. the Skype chatlog.

Your attempts to defend yourself leave something to be desired. :)

Your anger should be at Riverini who can't even keep anonymous sources, well anonymous. Face it you screwed up and was copying/pasting info and chatlogs to alliance members. Now whether or not you actually leaked something important is the real question.

Your defense is already broken withing the first 3 pages of this thread, "I always capitalize proper nouns." 2 pages later "Oh.. Well 99% of the time."

You should just come clean before you dig yourself a deeper hole.

Darius, I am grateful you have chosen to admit that leaking stuff from the CSM skype channel is a violation of the NDA. Given that the person you leaked it to already admitted you were the leaker, can we expect a resignation soon?

Obviously the evidence is not substantial enough to require legal action in terms of nda contract breach. However, it is more than substantial enough that many people will never vote for Darius again. People need to look at the actual evidence and make their own decision whether it is adequate enough for them to influence their voting.

seriously, riverini the dumbest "reporter" in the world actually confirmed Darius was the leaker

you really have to have a special sort of brain damage to think leaking anything to riverini that could get you in trouble is a good idea

TBH CSM delegates shouldn't be allowed to be re-elected, I think a minimum of a year maybe 2 before they are eligible for re-election. Otherwise you just get the same people on the CSM year after year or until one or two of them get bored with you and throw some flimsy evidence out there to show you're up to no good...wait a minute....
