System upgrades..

nice and simple question for all you land owners out there.

when one has a system say "fully upgraded" with all infrastructure upgrades.

what happens when someone takes over the system be it hostile or a simple transfer?

If the transfer is done correctly then all upgrades I believe remain. If it's a hostile take over the IHUB containing the upgrades has to be destroyed to capture the system destroying all upgrades within.
