Ok from what i undersoood it is 8 man team + up to 16 reserves.

What is not clear to me atm is this:

If when creating a team i put in "Hey You" does this means only char Hey You can be used or does it include any alts that Hey You player have on other accounts or i need to include Alt of Hey You separate as another player on team?

So:

Team list:

Hey You
XY - alt of Hey You
YX - another player on team

or

Team list:

Hey You (but can use any alts he have without submitting them on the list)
YX - another player on team

Team slots are occupied by characters. This means that you would have to sign up "Hey You" and any alt pilots you would like to use into separate slots. This prevents people who have many accounts or all their high skill characters on a single account from having a disproportionate advantage.
