Am I right in thinking this forum is only for posting problems and getting possible player support and workarounds?

If I have an issue, should I just petition, because nothing seems to be done about 90% of the posts I put in this forum?

(This is a semi-whine post, but more trying to work out if its worth even using this subforum at all in the future).

Is this subforum monitored and the issues took into account by the DEVS that often?
