Copy Window position from one char to another

Can someone please tell me how to successfully copy all the window positions from one char to another.
I have tried 2 tutorials on this and I am using windows 7.

These are the ones I tried and so far no good.

all it did was reset my settings back to default and not much more.

Nevermind I figured it out. The specific file for window location is kept in core_char__.dat and if you are using Isboxer like me you will have a second core_char__xxxxxx.dat with a lot of numbers. Now if you want to transfer your window position from char 1 to char 2 both those files have to be copied and transfered. BUT. The xxxx numbers has to remain the same on all the characters in order for it to work. So you have to copy the xxxx numbers on your char 2 and the paste into the newly core_char__xxxx.dat file. and the voila it will work.

Perhaps this is what was written in one of the tutorials but I felt it was necessary to explain it a bit better.
