Vid 1:
It seems over-exposed, like your gamma is *way* high or something. The resolution is fine, fits on my 27" nicely.

This first fight is cool, but lacks SPEED! Maybe i'm too used to seeing fast videos, but mebbe make the slow-mo only for super-close calls, like where you drop into low structure. Making the whole thing so slow can make even a great fight look turgid! ;)
Also, and this is a personal preference as well as courtesy to the viewer -- add in what ship you're flying in the video and perhaps even a lil 'backstory' to the fight too; "Went looking for some pew up Old Man Star way, found an Ishkur looking like a juicy target, his friend showed up" etc.

Vid 2:
Colour is better in this one.
This fight is a good example of the "Ok - so... wtf?" -- it begins with you warping into a very big fight, with carriers n stuff. But that's all we know :(
The speed also feels very slow - get to ze action! Overall a fun-looking fight, but sadly lacks the "pull". Also, its good to see whats in your fleet vs whats in theirs on-screen too - otherwise it can feel a little like just watching someone play, rather than a video...if that makes sense? :)

This is all said from a purely viewer-perspective; i've yet to make an EVE video, so in all honesty i applaud you for your effort! :)
