I didn't find any posts in here about this, so I thought I'd ask...

When I try to connect to Sisi it says its not accepting connections, but there are over 700 players. Is it really down, or am I experiencing problems? >.<

Sisi has been Dust only for awhile now.

Currently the test server for EvE players is Buckingham and Duality for other mass testing.
