Yeah, Water is right on this one, despite the SP and having BS V, there is an awful lot of work to do. 5.5 maybe 6 at the outside.

It is heading in the right direction, it's just that mostly people who buy characters to use (rather than trade), want the boring crap out the way. So BS V is excellent, just get those weapon supports to V, and people will be lenient on the shield/armor supports at IV-V.

And I cannot stress this enough - you need Mechanic at V.

Yes, try working on your core skills, they might seem boring as hell, but a) they're really useful to have and b) people will pay more for toons that have that trained and out of they way.
